About

I’m a public-sector leader and former U.S. Marine with 20 years of experience across learning and development, human resources, business operations, and workforce analytics. My work has taken me from Southern California to Japan, supporting teams across the Far East.

These days, I lead readiness and training for 600 people across 10 sites at NCTS Far East. I design curricula, facilitate leadership exercises, manage learning systems, and use data to make organizations work better.

My background brings together business and visual communication design: a B.S. in Business and an M.A. in Visual Communication Design. I’m happiest when I’m combining design, technology, and teaching to make learning useful, engaging, and worthwhile.
